Smoky Maple and Coffee Rib Rub Recipe

Ingredients:
For the Rib Rub:
1/4 cup ground coffee
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup sweet paprika
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon white pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients until they are well combined.
Rub this mixture generously on all sides of your pork ribs. Make sure to press the rub into the meat.
